1. Overview
FASTDRIVE is an e-hailing app that connects drivers with passengers for transportation services. The App allows passengers to book rides from registered drivers for a daily fee of 1,000 Naira.
2. Eligibility
To use the FASTDRIVE App, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid mobile phone number, email address, and payment information.
- For drivers: Be licensed to drive and possess a valid vehicle with necessary documentation.
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Registration
- For Drivers: You must register an account on the FASTDRIVE App, providing accurate personal and vehicle details. Drivers must submit valid identification and vehicle information for verification.
- For Users (Passengers): You must register an account by providing personal details, including your name, contact information, and payment method.
Both drivers and passengers agree to keep their registration details up to date.
4. Fees and Payments
- For Drivers: Drivers are charged a daily fee of 1,000 Naira to use the FASTDRIVE platform. This fee may be subject to change with prior notice.
- For Passengers: Passengers will be charged for the ride according to the fare calculated in the app at the time of booking. Payments are processed through secure payment methods available in the App.
- Refunds: FASTDRIVE does not provide refunds unless required by applicable law. Refund requests are subject to review and approval.
5. Use of the App and Services
- For Drivers: Drivers are responsible for their vehicle, the safety of passengers, and adherence to all local traffic laws. Drivers are not allowed to engage in any unlawful activities while using the App.
- For Passengers: Passengers agree to use the App responsibly and follow all safety guidelines. Passengers should ensure their behavior does not disrupt the ride or endanger others.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the FASTDRIVE App for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
- Harass, abuse, or harm others, including drivers or passengers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the FASTDRIVE App, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
FASTDRIVE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from using our services or App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by vehicle accidents, delays, or failure to perform services. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers.
9. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or fail to comply with our policies. Either you or FASTDRIVE may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the services, and any outstanding payments must be settled.
